If you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, organisation, email, message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). [ Name the actual form provider once chosen (e.g. Formspree) and confirm it does not set tracking cookies, per the note already in contact.html. ] Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
